Downstairs has an entrance lobby with stairs to the upper floor, a bedroom & spacious ensuite, shower room. Upstairs, is a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & washing machine. There's also a comfy sofa and table & chairs for mealtimes or work. Also a TV, Blu-Ray player & designated WiFi for your entertainment. Electric car charging point is next to a car space.

We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. We provide two large towels per person, hand towels and bath mats in each bathroom, oven gloves, tea towels, j cloth and washing up liquid. All of the beds will be made up on your arrival.
