This 521sq. ft. cottage was built in 2021 and has all the comforts and conveniences of being in your own home. Come relax amidst the oak trees and the surrounding horse pastures …or bring your own horse to board in a private pasture outside the cottage (extra).

This cabin is seconds from the World Equestrian Center and is adorned with a welcoming porch, that offers stunning views of surrounding Oak Trees. You also have the option to rent the entire 8 stall barn for your horses at an additional cost. The 8 stall barn, features spacious stalls, feed room, tack room and wash area for grooming. There are 8 well maintained turnout paddocks.

This new, spacious well equipped house is conveniently located in a lovely quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from WEC, the I-75, and downtown Ocala. The house is very well equipped, complete with TVs in all rooms, numerous board games, and a whole library of books. Please note that there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
