Welcome to the Hayloft - a fantastic studio flat above the main home’s house with private access via a spiral staircase and private balcony with far reaching views over the sea and downs - just right for relaxing in the evening as the sun goes down. Perfect for short breaks and longer stays - close to the ferries and hovercraft - with private parking and access to buses just down the road. The flat is on the edge of the village and surrounded by farmland. The owners garden has regular visitors from the local ducks and moorhens. The area also has several buzzards and if you’re lucky at night you’ll see bats and barn owl. The garden is patrolled by our elderly boxer, Freckles, who loves to meet and greet our visitors and we have also started keeping bees at the bottom of our garden - a safe distance from us humans. The village has enough shops to keep you well stocked and there are several farm shops worth visiting within 5 miles. In addition there are several walks that you can take from the flat which will take you to the nearby beach and past the pub on the way home. Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher. Parking available and pets are welcome!
