Rocking chairs on the porch overlook a pond, meadow, and spectacular seasonal fireflies. 140 woodland acres to explore with old (rough) logging trails with views, sheep and chickens you can feed. High ceilings, scenic window, woodstove, indoor waterless toilet, outdoor coldwater sink and outdoor private hot shower (when above freezing); available sauna at main house. 35-45 min to main ski areas.
