Private sunny (Fraemer) cottage, horses and dogs welcome, 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds), on a small farm, parking, internet. Mandaville (5 min drive) - Indian, Thai, fis n chips, bar and restaurant; Rangiora & wineries nearby, Airport 15 mins, Christchurch City 15 mins away. Just 5 minutes to Rangiora township, 8mins to Kaiapoi river town, and 10 minutes to Pegasus, Woodend and Waikuku beaches. Our area hosts over 28 wonderful cafe's for coffee lovers.

Great holiday house by an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or get away. Short easy walk (5 mins) to the beach, local shop, tennis courts (free to use), playground, park and toddler pool everything you need is close by. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern cottage. A walking distance from Woodend Beach (2.8km down the Jill Creamer trail) and a short drive to all the conveniences you may need, this quiet and well appointed cottage makes the perfect vacation place. Hosts live on site so are just a phone call away when needed however the cottage is completely private and separated from the main residence. Help yourself to apples and peaches when in season as well as eggs from the free range chickens.
