‘Triggol’s’ is a two-storey, newly-built, detached house set within the heart of the peaceful Somerset village of Lydeard St Lawrence. Located between the Quantock Hills (AONB), Exmoor and the dramatic West Somerset coastline, this quirky property offers a unique base from which to relax or explore. The property offers comfortable, open-plan living upstairs benefitting from a sun-trap, south-facing balcony garden, complete with 6-person hot tub. Well-behaved dogs allowed, please book them in.

Beech Tree Cottage is a delightful cottage nestled in the beautiful hills of Somerset, on the south side of a wooded valley beside the River Tone. Nearly 200 years old, this lovely cottage has been newly updated to create a charming, well-equipped holiday home. The shared grounds are a paradise of fields, water meadows and gardens, a haven for wildlife, and star-gazing in our dark skies. Our heated indoor swimming pool and play area are shared between our cottages and offer fun for everyone.

Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views.
