The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

You will find the Caboose furnished with a Full Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Perch Lake Lucerne cabin#6 is a one-bedroom, historic, restored, log cabin with a beautiful kitchen, wood stove, deck overlooking Lake Lucerne, only 2 miles to downtown Eureka Springs. You will love the views from all of the windows.  Lake view in the living and eat in kitchen and beautiful wooded bluff view out the bedroom and kitchen. You will feel like you are outdoors enjoying nature. Don’t be surprised to have deer outside your bedroom window in the mornings and evenings.

We are just a few feet from the Ozark National Forest with plenty of hunting and outdoor excursions available. The Cabin is 5 miles from a trail head of the Ozark Highland Trail. Many other scenic trails are nearby!
