The Guest Suite is a large sunny space on the main floor which has no other bedrooms. The suite includes private use of the Queen bedroom, and the living room, sofa, big leather chair, smart TV and fireplace, and use of the attached bathroom, (except when I use it for the washer/dryer, which is a rare, so unless guests are staying for an extended period, that will likely not happen during their stay). Guest suite also has own front door access and two parking spots in front of the house

Location: Historic, spring-fed Spofford Lake is located 9 miles west of Keene, NH and 7 miles east of Brattleboro, VT, along Rt 9 & Rt 63, in the Monadnock Region. Lake Spofford received the State’s highest rating for clean water in 2005. Accommodations: Grey Rustic Victorian lakefront cottage on the west shore of Lake Spofford with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (sleeps 4-8). The cottage is heated by a propane log stove in front of the old brick fireplace and area space heaters, as needed.

Our lake/ski home on Lake Raponda is only 1.5-2 hours from the Boston suburbs and only four hours from NYC. The House features tons of warm open space and an open layout with a hot tub overlooking the lake. Walk down the path to the private lakefront dock where you can keep your own motorized boat. Mt. Snow is about 15 minutes away, while Stratton is about 40 minutes north. Willmington and its surroundings offer tons of outdoor, shopping, and dining experiences.
