Menzies Cottage is an hour east of Melbourne & set high on a mountain-side in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy views out to the Wellington Road farmlands & Cardinia Reservoir. On a clear day you can see Arthur’s Seat, Port Phillip & Westernport Bays. Visit nearby Puffing Billy Steam Train, go bushwalking, feed the friendly farm animals or settle-in for a lazy afternoon before watching the sun set. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Palmerston Cottage - Peaceful Port Albert

This 1945 Cottage has been charmingly restored with modern features throughout. Located in historical Port Albert, this cottage is just a 15 minute walk to the port or a short drive. Palmerston cottage is pet friendly with an enclosed yard and ample under cover boat parking. Self contained galley style kitchen with dishwasher. Each bedroom has queen size beds, wardrobes, ceiling fans, reverse cycle heating/cooling and wall mounted TV’s. Outdoor deck with BBQ and fish cleaning facilities.

Enjoy self contained luxury in this architect designed 2 storey cottage. Upstairs you will find a large air conditioned bedroom with soaring cathedral ceilings, a king size bed, and stunning views across the property. Downstairs there is a bathroom with 2 person spa, shower over spa, lounge area with wood fire, widescreen TV/DVD/CD, wi-fi, and a full kitchen with gas stove and a microwave. When you are here you can relax and enjoy our wonderful native bush using our many tracks or go off for the day and explore all the natural wonders nearby.

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
