Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Enjoy small-town Ohio at this peaceful and centrally located second-floor apartment 4 blocks from downtown Wilmington. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Downtown quaint 100+ year old home that has been modernized for your convenience. We hope you will enjoy our one bedroom home with a pull out single bed for your extra guest. Home is equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a coffee station to start your day. Private parking located in rear of home. Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.
