Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. *TWO people max, NO children under 10, and NO PETS* 112B is a first-floor direct oceanfront condo, just steps from the pool & beach on the quiet, North end of Tybee. The open-plan living area looks out to a covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the natural dunes. Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed.
