Enjoy your stay in Alaska in this clean, cozy, peaceful apartment! You'll have your own private entrance and full bathroom, along with an in-unit washer and dryer, and a kitchenette perfect for whipping up something tasty before your adventures. We're located in a quiet neighborhood, and have a few moose who love strolling through our yard in the evenings! We're only 2 minutes from a grocery store, 15 minutes from the center of Wasilla, and an hour from Anchorage. We hope to welcome you soon!

Apartment in Wasilla, gateway to Alaska adventure.

The space is a basement apartment (complete with noise) and a game room/lobby area. The apartment is accessed via the game room and includes a living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small kitchen. The art and décor is Alaskan themed and very simple. The game room/lobby is very spacious common room that is shared with the main house. It includes a flat screen tv, a sectional sofa (well used), a pool table, a wood burning stove (only source of heat), air hockey and a Foosball table.

Located just 10 minutes from grocery stores, gas stations and down-town Palmer, this apartment allows for ease and convenience during your stay. Also, enjoy the many hikes and site-seeing opportunities nearby!

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood minutes from Hatcher Pass, this walkout basement apartment will be the perfect home base for exploring. Outside you'll find a private patio where you can curl into the nest chair or dine outside on nice days. Inside you'll find a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen that is furnished stylishly with art and goods made by local artists & artisans.

Fire Lake Guest Suite

This space is a small, clean, beautiful studio, with private entrance, restroom, and kitchen right on Fire Lake. The suite offers a stunning lake view right from your window! The unit is attached to main house. However it is completely separate and on the other side of a garage. We are located just outside Anchorage on Fire Lake with lake access and year round activities including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.

Located just 2 miles from the Glenn Hwy. /Hwy 1 - offering an easy drive and central location-30 min from Anchorage or 20 min. from Palmer/Wasilla. Come enjoy our spacious 2 bd sanctuary with a comfortable living area in front of a fireplace after a day of Alaska adventures. Private outdoor area with Adirondack chairs, a fire-pit and outdoor grill. Kitchenette has refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet (No oven/range)

Enjoy Alaska - custom country hideaway!

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Wildlife includes moose, bear, birds. 60-minutes from Anchorage

Cozy 1-Bedroom Private Mother-in-law Apartment

Relax in this private 1-bedroom downstairs mother-in-law apartment nestled at the base of Mount Baldy, in walking distance of downtown Eagle River, and a 15 minute drive from Downtown Anchorage. We have everything you need for your trip to Alaska. Be forewarned, you will most likely meet our Doodle (Nala) during your stay, it is a kid friendly household, and an old house with baseboard radiant heat. The house stays nice and warm, but during the winter the whole place crackles.

This spacious lower level is a daylight basement perfect for families traveling with children. Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, gardens, beautiful mountain peaks, and plenty of country quiet. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

Palmer’s Finest - Mother In Law Apartment

Clean 750 square foot Mother-In-Law apartment located in beautiful Palmer, Alaska. This apartment is located above a two car garage and has it's own entrance and complete privacy, while being attached to the main house. Views from the bedroom, living room and kitchen are unbeatable. Three miles to downtown Palmer as well as the Glenn Hwy and Palmer/Wasilla Hwy, and Alaska State Fairgrounds. Guest parking available directly next to entrance stairs.
