Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.
