The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Der Bauernhof liegt in ruhiger Alleinlage. Auf dem Hof gibt es nur zwei Ferienwohnungen und auch ein paar Islandpferde und Schafe haben hier ihr Zuhause. Hier kann man entspannt seinen Urlaub genießen, egal ob im Winter mit den unzähligen Wintersportmöglichkeiten oder im Sommer mit etlichen Wandermöglichkeiten und Badeseen.
