Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

The Modern Farmhouse was recently remodeled with upscale amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay! Enjoy your own delicious home cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, gather in the dining room with seating for 8, enjoy a movie on Netflix or Disney+ on a huge 65" OLED 4K TV and 7.2 Klipsch Surround Sound with a large sectional providing seating for the whole family. Outside on the back patio you will find outdoor seating with a fire pit, a hot tub for 5, and a 6 burner BBQ.

A slice of Snake River paradise

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $75 pet fee per stay for extra cleaning. Please understand we have very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. NO washer and dryer on site so plan accordingly.

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

Sunny Slope Wine Country House

Relax and enjoy the views in this beautiful, spacious home set among orchards and vineyards with views of Lizard Butte, the Snake River and endless farm ground. Sits on the Sunny Slope Wine trail next to Ste. Chapelle winery. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
