A perfect romantic retreat that was once an old farm workshop, the cottage is named after Sivel Woods, which are right outside your windows and has been flawlessly converted to present a luxury rural escape created just for two. Arrive at this beautiful cottage and sink straight into holiday life. We have combined the beauty of our 25 acres of woodland and paddocks with a modern, contemporary touch of Cornish luxury, so soak up the stunning views in your perfectly secluded own hot tub and enjoy.

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

There’s more than enough space for all but the largest groups, including 2 separate living rooms. A perfect base for your Cornwall adventure, the town centre and local attractions are a 5-minute walk away. Soak in our outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by beautiful scenery and fresh air. **No events or parties are allowed on site.

A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Free wifi and a 42" LED Smart TV. The bedroom is located up a short set of steep stairs.

Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. There is the added advantage of a private courtyard garden with access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.
