This cabin sleeps four, with a queen bed downstairs and another queen bed upstairs. It has a full kitchen, WiFi internet and a fully fenced yard. Pets are also always welcome. Bring your fishing poles, boat or kayaks and head over to Hamm Creek Park to enjoy the tranquility of the river. Approximately 50 minutes from Fort Worth and an hour and 15 minutes from Dallas.

Close to town in a safe, quiet neighborhood where private access to the water’s edge is included, only a one minute walk. Private and peaceful, perfect for fishing and lakeside picnics! Plenty of parking for your water toys! Only 5 minutes from McCown State Park with access to launch those toys! Kayaks can be launched at the landing. Perfect for a couples celebration or those here for fishing tournaments!

Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.

We are perfectly nestled in between DFW and Waco making it convenient half way point for folks going north or south! We are located nearby Whitney Ridge Marina, Parsons Marina + Lofers Bend Park for lake activities! No lake access on property.

Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

We invite you to stay & experience all of the beauty that Lake Whitney has to offer. Located in a quiet neighborhood atop a bluff, the lakehouse is spacious enough for a group of friends or family and has a panoramic view of the lake that is accessible (this will count as your exercise for the day!) for swimming or fishing. If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.
