Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Once the largest house on the lake. My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the location (desirable Winter Harbor). The dock can house two boats (one small and one standard boat up to 22 ft long). The grassy area next to the house is fabulous for playing games with your kids/grandchildren. While there is no beach it is shallow enough for young children. Fabulous for a getaway or a family reunion.

The house is in a private forest in the White Mountains. Visitors have access to the Mountain Lakes facilities. Kancamagus Scenery Byway, Groton Lake, and Loon are nearby. Well equipped kitchen and a outdoor gas BBQ make gourmet cooking joyful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed, and 3 twin beds, and a full bath. A powder room, washer and dryer are provided. HDTV, WIFI/ land-line phone are available. Bring flea spray and a compass, be careful with animals in the woods.

A great option for guests who want the comforts of home but still can walk to the beach. 2 AC units will keep the house nice and cool. Also, a backup generator in case the power goes out. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards will be available for guest. A washer and dryer is a great plus.
