Great family friendly detached Villa. 25 min walk into Filey along the beach with the benefit of local amenities located in the nearby Primrose Valley holiday Park which is close enough for useful bars, restaurants and shops but not too close that it interrupts this house located on a private road away from holidaymakers.

It is very spacious with a huge garden and free off street parking for four cars. Sea views from two of the bedrooms, it's less than 60 seconds walk to the beach and a nice walk along the sea front into Bridlington town centre.
