Great family friendly detached Villa. 25 min walk into Filey along the beach with the benefit of local amenities located in the nearby Primrose Valley holiday Park which is close enough for useful bars, restaurants and shops but not too close that it interrupts this house located on a private road away from holidaymakers.

It is very spacious with a huge garden and driveway with parking for four cars.
