We affectionately call it Frog Stomp because our neighbors have a pond and during the summer there are hundreds of baby tadpoles that are make their way around the guesthouse. Located only 25 minutes from downtown Huntsville and 30 minutes from Cathedral Caverns State Park, your bnb is a blend of serenity and proximity. The aesthetic of the cabin is nostalgic and vintage; meant to transport you to mid-century. The goal of the lake house is to unwind and step away from the hustle bustle. Being located on the AL/ TN line it’s 5 minutes from Interstate 65 ,25 minutes from Huntsville, AL and 1.5 hours to both Birmingham and Nashville.

Conveniently located 1 mile from AL HWY 157, 20 min northwest of Cullman. Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The Sweet Retreat Newly Renovated

Come enjoy my 3 bed 3 bath house named the Sweet Retreat because it is located on Sugar Creek. The house is just feet from the water. On this property you can enjoy fishing from the private dock and 3 kayaks that are located on the property. The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic mattress. The second bedroom has a brand new king mattress, both of these bedrooms have French doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the water. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized tempurpedic mattress.
