This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.
