Picnic at our private Shark Tooth Beach, watch Osprey & Eagles fish the Potomac, and collect 15-million-year-old fossilized shark teeth!

Waterviews from the living room, media & game room, and an upstairs bedroom with bistro set. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset views! Unwind to the waterview or in the clawfoot tub. Upstairs also includes two bedrooms and bathrooms with some Victorian-era charm. Relax to 180 degree riverviews on the deck with a propane grill, hammock, table & chairs.

Paddle to your own private island to sit on the beach, swim, or explore. With kayaks, crab pots, beach chairs, and a Weber grill included, it's everything you need for the perfect waterfront escape.

Private Getaway at Four Waters

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at the point where four waters meet. Use the private beach for relaxation or use the private pier for fishing. The water is 5-6ft deep at the end of the pier and can be used for fishing or crabbing. There are 6 adult kayaks and 4 kids kayaks on site available for your use. The large back deck also features Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. We also have a charcoal grill with utensils on site. Charcoal is not provided.

This home is located on one of the best rockfish locations on the Potomac called King Copsico. Fishing species including blue crabs, reddrum, flounder, bass, sea trout and more.
