Perfect for those want to kick back and enjoy family/friend time. Dogs welcome, Private sandy beach ,outdoor pool, tennis court, 2 community boat launches and large community beach. Fish and crab from the pier. We have 6 bikes, 2 kayaks and 2 sups available for our guests to use. Cook on the gas grill and watch the sun set from the deck hot tub. Bring your kayak, paddle board and fishing gear and access the river from the property or head to the community beach a few minutes walk down the road. Our home was built in 1990 as a place to enjoy the river and area. Our kids and their many cousins grew up spending summers and weekends on the water. Now that they are grown, we would like to share our home with you!

The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.
