Westminster is a perfect location - 15 min to Denver or Boulder, 30 min to Red Rocks, and 40 min to mountain trails. Recently updated with recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and a renovated modern bathroom with a tile shower and heated floors!

There is a shared washer/dryer with the upstairs unit. Fast 120 mbs Wifi, Roku & board games to entertain you during your stay. Cheers! No pets.

The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.
