And it's only 5 min away from Dirt Mulholland w/ access to the renowned hiking/biking trails of Topanga State Park and just a short walk to local shops and restaurants at Dumetz & Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

Location Location Location. This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large private patio, and walking distance to shopping/fine dining. Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?
