It features a bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.
