Guests have full access to their own modern, quiet, comfortable private guest suite on the lower level of our home, plus a fenced garden/patio area. This unique 2-bedroom duplex in a house is very close to Downtown Seattle as well as West Seattle, Alki Beach, Boeing Field, the stadiums, and Georgetown. It has a private entrance, full kitchen, laundry, large bathroom and space to relax. There is fast Wi-Fi, a large-screen TV and we keep the kitchen stocked for your use. The indoor space is a little more than 800 square feet, and the securely fenced garden is large and pleasant. It is perfect for a couple, a group of up to four, or a family.

Hot Tub is Private, NOT SHARED and fully fenced in. Minutes from downtown Seattle and a couple of blocks to charming West Seattle! Lots of restaurants, shopping and a water taxi from Alki Beach (2 miles away) to Seattle's waterfront. We converted our garage into a getaway oasis, charming and comfortable. We have wifi, a free parking space reserved and an EV Charger (with Tesla adapter).
