The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!.
