This stylish studio is situated in the very back of our property & has a separate fence where you will have your own private abode conveniently in Downtown Pensacola (Garden District). This unique suite provides a smart tv, newly constructed kitchen & bath, cook top, retro appliances, comfortable full sized bed, & a twin sized futon. There is a 2 person hammock under a peaceful palm tree. Within walking distance to main downtown shopping, eating, & night life as well as the Blue Wahoos Stadium!

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
