Overlooking fields, the cottage sits on the outskirts of the pretty village of West Overton, in a tranquil semi-walled garden, surrounded by peaceful walks. It's within easy reach of fascinating neolithic sites such as Avebury and Silbury Hill whilst nearby Marlborough also offers restaurants and boutique shops.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. Located 4 miles from the market town of Marlborough in the middle of the Avebury Avenue. 400 m from the Sanctuary and the start of the Ridgeway. Avebury stone circle is less than a mile away and can be accessed via footpaths. Stonehenge is 40 mins by car. Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
