New modern place only 10 minutes from Fayetteville. Location is great- go to Devil's Den 15 minutes down the road or jump on the interstate and be in Fayetteville in 10 minutes. Brand new salt water, custom pool. Hot tub open year round. 800 sq ft of deck space, half screened/covered. Big, spacious house great for families. Two separate living areas to spread out in- the upstairs area feels like you are in the tree tops with a deck and balcony to walk out on. No parties!

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort. Queen bed, queen loft bed & queen sleeper sofa. Linens, towels & kitchen essentials provided. Firepit/BBQ grill. 1 exit to U of A. DISH with several channels, but do NOT have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi, please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING. Only 2 dogs allowed. No aggressive breeds/weight limit 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash/not left unattended outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.
