Olifantskop Cottage - Cosy Farm Stay

Enjoy the best of the Cape Winelands in this cosy 2 bedroom (4 people) farm cottage. Situated between two big dams, the cottage offers beautiful views stretching as far as Table Mountain on a sunny day. We allow catch-and-release Bass fishing and you are welcome to take a stroll around the farm to see the cows and many calves that roams next to the dams. The farm is 75 km from Cape Town International Airport and 6 km outside Wellington - the closest town. We'd love to host you on our farm!

I have decided to rent out my personal farm house\ guest house to happy road trippers seeking solitude and a peaceful surrounding. The house is within a valley surrounded by 48 hectares of open land,beautiful mountain (cederberg) backdrops and a river with three natural swimming areas within walking distance of the guest house and the place include a 25m lap pool right in front of the veranda! Oh and plenty of clean breathable air :). There is one full sized bed so its best suited for couples.

Summer brings the sound of the sun beetles and fresh peaches next to your holiday home. Uitsig Stone Cottage is set within huge weathered grey rocks, facing easttowards the high peaks of the southern Cederberg. It has spectacular views in every direction - to the south is the monumental Middelberg Peak, and to the north in the distance is the pinnacle of Sneeuberg. The interior is clad in wood and furnished with beautiful rustic antiques, and has a rock-clad bathroom with breathtaking views.
