Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. Wir wollen Outdoor-Enthusiasten und Sportliebhabern die perfekte Unterkunft bieten. Unsere Lage an der Roßfeldstraße ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Wander-, Rad- und Skitouren. Die frisch renovierte, lichtdurchflutete Ferienwohnung im alpenländischen Stil wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und gemütlichen Holzelementen eingerichtet.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Die Berghütte lädt mit ihrem Flair, den zahlreichen Sitzplätzen an der frischen Luft und einem gemütlichen Holzofen zum Entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unmittelbar im Ort und können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Im Sommer kann die Hütte mit dem Auto angefahren werden, im Winter ist es ein kurzer Fußweg.

Im Sommer erreichen sie in nur 2 min Gehzeit den Paragleiterlandeplatz sowie zahlreiche Spazier- und Wanderwege. Der Ortskern und ein Badesee sind nur 1,5 km entfernt. Restaurants und Gasthöfe sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genießen sie die herrlichen Bergkulissen am Fuße des Tennengebirges. Wir freuen uns auf euch.

Die Unterkunft liegt in unverbauter Natur, direkt am Waldrand bzw. Fischbach. Die geräumige Unterkunft mit ca. 120 m2 befindet sich auf einer Ebene mit separatem Hauseingang. Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.
