Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning.
