There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
