The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Orchid

The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

The cabin can sleep 2 adults in a king size bedroom, and 2 adults and 1 child or 3 children in the second bedroom. It has the luxury of all modern amenities. The cabin is only accessible by foot approximately 200m down a winding trail. Therefore guests must be able bodied.

The market town of Northallerton is 5 minutes drive away with a vibrant high street with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, cinema, supermarkets and a train station.

The Old Stable at Birch Springs Farm

A very light and lofty living space has been created from the old farm stable on a working family farm situated at the north end of the vale of York close to the County Durham border. Boasting glorious views of the surrounding 240 acres of mixed farmland, including woods and an attractive pond area. The farm is approximately a mile and a half from any public road and is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful break in secluded countryside with all the luxury of a modern barn conversion.

Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Situated in a peaceful and idyllic setting, the lodge has stunning views of the North York Moors and the Cleveland Hills. The local area boasts not only fabulous countryside but also easy access to the glorious north east coast and a wide variety of visitors attractions.
