Rental is an open concept apartment with one queen bed and a couch. Bathroom includes shower, washer, dryer, and single vanity with sink. Kitchen area contains a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker. Bathroom and kitchen amenities are provided for four people. Dollar General Market and gas station across street! Wifi is included, but not the fastest. Wax Marina is 1/4 mile away. NO smoking in room. No pets allowed.
