Boat access to our private dock may not be possible at this time as water levels fluctuate and are beyond our control.

Nana's Lake front house w/ hot tub

Welcome to Nana's Lake House 2 bed, 2 Bath - w/ additional pull out couch and three twin size mattresses. Full wrap around porch that includes, hot tub w/ a view - PitBoss Smoker & Gas Grill. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit and hangout by the lake with a gas fire pit! Bottom deck by the lake to sit out and tan, enjoy dinner and some drinks. Covered dock, bring your own boat or Jet-ski. Two jet-ski slips are available as well. Feel free to bring your own kayak, paddle board, & fishing poles.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Creekside cabin overlooks a stocked trout stream. Guests have access to 50 acres of property that backs up to the Pond Mountain Wilderness in Cherokee National Forest. Property is one quarter mile from the Appalachian trail, and just minutes form beautiful Watauga Lake. Also, enjoy world class fishing on Watauga and Holston rivers. It's a great place for fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, or just getting away from it all!

Our Watauga Lake front home is a perfect vacation getaway, located at the end of a point, the large deep water dock is ideal for year round boating and water sports. Conveniently located, we are within the quaint town of Butler and close to restaurants, small country stores and Cove Ridge Marina. Although Watauga Lake is our main attraction, we are near a number of waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and the shopping areas surrounding the Tri-Cities and Boone, NC.

LAKEFRONT property with private dock and covered boat slip on Watauga Lake. Located in quiet cove perfect for swimming, fishing, relaxing. Wake up and enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the steam roll off the water. Next, sip and enjoy your favorite beverage down by the water, fish off the lower deck, or get your float on and relax on the Lilly pad. In the evening, get your grill on at the top deck or snuggle up by the fire pit for an evening s’mores session.

Majestic Peak - Amazing Views and Lake Access

Beautiful mountain vistas with stunning sunsets. Two large wrap-around decks to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. A scenic path is just steps from the front door and leads to Watauga Lake, with deeded lake access. Public boat launch is one mile from the cabin. Two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets. A multi-purpose room serves as a third bedroom or game-room. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for meal preparation.

Still Waters @Tn-Buc-Tu

A cozy lakefront cabin designed for two, offering a peaceful and private getaway. The property features a rare white sandy beach with beach chairs. As of 08/01/26 The boat ramp and dock are currently not usable because the TVA lowered the lake drastically and fast. The lake is not this low till winter. We have made a small area to get into the water and you can still fish swim, float, or kayak. We provide kayaks and floats for you to use.

Then relax by the outdoor firepit to end your day with views of the sunset.
