NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Alvarado Cabin on the river and Creeper Trail

**THIS CABIN IS NOT LOCATED ON THE MAIN PROPERTY**Our Big Rock Cabin, is tucked along the riverside near Alvarado Station, on an acre of private property. Enjoy easy access to the Creeper Trail, which runs right alongside the river, through the property. A 2 bedroom cabin that boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, oven, dishwasher, AC/heat, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A large, partially covered porch with a gas grill, has gates on both entrances to help keep children/pets safe.

Our Bungalow is actually over 2,000 square feet. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, fenced yard on all 4 sides, front porch, two decks & the soothing sound of Beaver Dam Creek, you'll have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for making memories with your family and friends.

Enjoy the Blueridge Mountains where you can hike bike and fish . And unwind to great view from covered porch . There are 7 step to enter with plenty of free parking. We are dog friendly limit 2 bowls and bed provided .

No cleanup chores! Hard Rock Cottage has a bright, open dining area/sun room with a 55 in TV and coffee bar for catching up on the news or watching the game with friends. It has a great outdoor area with comfortable seating and a fire-pit for staying warm on cold nights. For any gamers out there we have an arcade game cabinet with 100s of games and a foosball table.
