Only 2 miles to Downtown Johnson City where there are unique shops, great restaurants and free parking. This home is 1/2 mile to ETSU and 3 miles to JC Med. Center.

We love this location because it is so close to where we work, live and play. The blue and gold décor theme is inspired by our love for the ETSU campus and community. The condo is located less than a minute drive from campus where you can attend a Broadway play at the ETSU Martin Center or cheer on the conference football champions at Greene Stadium. If you would rather head downtown, check out the local shops and restaurants. So many great outdoor and indoor attractions just minutes away!

Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic Jonesborough. Self check in. . You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that we have dogs that bark. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. . NO SMOKING Available for long term rental as well. $50 PET FEE PER PET, ESA and Service animals welcome for same fee. Please purchase travel insurance as these reservations are non refundable.

The Eggplant Cottage

The Eggplant Cottage is a quaint gem located in historic downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee - the oldest town in the state. Blue Haven Authentic Log Cabin near Bristol

Nestled among the trees, Blue Haven Log Cabin sits atop a sloping hill and welcomes those looking for that perfect getaway to connect with loved ones either on the large front porch with a view of the mountains or on the patio below. A stone fireplace and rustic furniture gives it a sense of days gone by . The large stained glass window at the eave of a 22 foot cathedral ceiling cast every hue of blue onto the ceiling, loft and floor at different times of day. Host next door if needed.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Grab a kayak and life jacket then cruise down the river, enjoy the hot tub or relax in the adirondack chairs by the firepits. Don't forget your fishing pole! Kayaks and life jackets are provided free of charge.

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.
