This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. There're 2 kayaks available at the premise for our guests to use. We are also have a mooring available to dock your boat at pre-request. We’re not responsible for any of the water sports such as, kayaking or swimming etc..that may cause of injuries/ or deaths, these activities are at your own risk.

Beach Front Sunset Cottage

Sunset Cottage is half of our Beach Front Sunnyside Duplex The cottage shares both the beach front deck and back covered porch with the Surise side of the duplex. The walls are very thin and noise tends to travel between the sides of the duplex very easily. We ask our guest to provide their own linens or guests can purchase a linens package. The house does not have a driveway therefore parking passes can be purchased for an additional fee. AC window units are in the upstairs bedrooms only.

The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
