This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, and Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets and no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guest.

This is a very private house with views of a local farm and a pond. Two covered porches, large dining and living areas, and everything provided. Less than an hour from Panama City Beach or Chipley Florida. One bedroom and two futons in the living room makes room for 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Small shed out back to store personal items. Very quiet neighborhood and excellent neighors that are hardly seen or heard. Farm is far enough away to enjoy the view without the pests or noise.

Quiet cozy cottage set in small town close enough to the city. Panama City Beach is 45 min to an hour away. Dothan Al is only 45 mins to an hour away. We are centrally located to several different outdoor activities. Ponce De Leon Springs is 30 mins away. Vortex Springs is less than an hour away. The Caverns are in Marianna less than hour away. There are several hiking and biking trails minutes away and numerous other activities. Close to grocery stores laundry mat and gas stations.

This quaint barndo leaves nothing to be desired with its charming, rustic interior and modern amenities. This is a smaller space but is very functional and comfortable. Welcome to our retreat! A newly built 3br/2ba home sitting on 200 private acres on a beautiful recreational lake. Tons of exploring options, nearby fishing, close to beaches, and springs. Peace and quiet. 2 min away, our neighbor offer a private dock/boat launch for $5 dollars a car. 40 minutes away are beautiful beaches. Crystal clear springs nearby. Enjoy the beach, shops/food, stop by the dock to fish, then relax on your own private 200 wooded acres and take a nature hike.
