We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

Come and relax in our beautiful updated loft filled with modern amenities! 10 minute drive/uber from downtown Providence and airport. A short walk from village shops, restaurants, zoo and the water! Enjoy the brand new hot tub with 50 jets in the cozy enclosed private space. Melt away stress in the giant rain shower, fully equipped kitchen, 75' smart TV and full size washer and dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by with some great walking trails to get there as well.

Just 10 min south of Downtown Providence, this gracious home is a true oasis tucked into a gorgeous city park. Lovely 1st floor apartment adjacent to our main residence. This one bedroom apartment features a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Also available is a full size pull out sofa. Enjoy views of the garden. Great location! 2 min walk to Starbucks/Shaw’s grocery/CVS. 15 minute walk to Barrington Beach. Hop on the East Bay Bike path and ride into Providence or down to Bristol. Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

We have a newly furnished apartment on the East side of Providence. This unit features brand new furniture, high end Nectar mattresses, laundry, and expansive roof deck. It can comfortably sleep 4 and room for up to 6. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.

Warren Garden Apartment 5 day minimum

Historic Italianate house garden apartment two steps below street level, in the heart of historic waterfront village. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this is an artists house and reflects an artists touch. Right on the Bicycle Path and hosts own nearby Warren CiderWorks with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and food truck Taco Box right next door. Beach a few blocks away , Ocean beaches as close as 40 minutes. Bicycle rentals available in nearby Bristol.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
