NO EXTRA COSTS The studio is attached to our residence, accessed by its own private entrance Brand new , modern decor , lounge area, queen bed , ensuite with super deep bath tub. The space has a mini fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, milk, jug ,cutlery, and crockery. There are no cooking facilities. You will be staying in a quiet residential subdivision, approximately 8-10 minute drive from the centre of town. 1 minute walk is a cafe/restaurant and garden bar and a well stocked grocery shop.

Wanaka Cedar Loft

**The loft is 1.5kms, 2 mins drive to the town & about a 20 min walk for the average person)- If this is beyond your fitness capability, or your preference to be close to town- please please please DO NOT BOOK WITH US.** It is situated on an acre of land in a private road. The loft is above our garage, up a private staircase the loft has open plan -living, sleeping, dining with a kitchenette, It also has laundry facilities. It is quiet, cosy, well appointed & very private with beautiful views.

Cozy Pen Bay Guest Suite

The space is a self contained 2-bedroom and 1 bathroom guest suite on the ground floor level of our home. Access is via a separate ranch slider door. 4 rooms are exclusively available to you including 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and supplied linen. There is a coffee station with a small fridge, water kettle, toaster, microwave and basic crockery to enable use of these appliances and to prepare basic meals. From your patio and bedroom windows are gorgeous garden and mountain views.

Wanaka - Pips Place

Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

Hikuwai Haven 2

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.

Wanaka French farmhouse - self-contained apartment

Come and stay at our unique, French farmhouse inspired home, in your own spacious, self contained apartment - ideal for couples and families! Please note, the apartment has a single bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunks - the bunks are only suitable for children under 18. Set on acre of olives and lawn, close to town, with mountain views and all day sun, the apartment has everything you'll need for a great stay in Wanaka.

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation.
