Wanaka is a well renowned winter ski destination and the Belvedere is just a 30 minute drive to two of New Zealand's top alpine ski resorts - Cardrona and Treble Cone. In the summertime, swim in the lake, hike one of the many walks and take in the stunning views or bike one of the many tracks / trails on offer.

Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do!
