Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

Fitted out with quality furnishings and fixtures and is equiped with everything you need! Location really doesn't get better than this. You are across the road from beautiful Blue Lagoon Beach! With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

Sunny’s Place

Sunny’s Place is located in Lisarow, on the beautiful Central Coast. The guesthouse is a small studio with an ensuite that is equipped with most things you'll need for a new nights away. It is close to our family home but is a separate building with separate access. There isn't a lot to do in Lisarow but it's 5 mins from shops and M1 and 30 minutes from most places on the Central Coast, including Terrigal, The Entrance and Glenworth Valley, so a good base for your weekend away.

The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish Feb 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.

Park your car right out front and enter via your own secluded courtyard. Down stairs you’ll find open plan living, with kitchenette and a separate luxurious bathroom with soft linens. Wander upstairs to find the ultimate couples retreat, an expansive space to relax and unwind.

Eagles Nest Forresters Beach

Nestled on the side of the hill with 180 degree views to the mountains and surrounded by beautiful gardens is Eagles Nest - a self contained one bedroom unit with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area, outside deck, and only a short stroll to Forresters Beach. It is fully equipped to provide you with a comfy and relaxed break away with a starter breakfast basket provided and barista coffee machine.
