Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom, queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. No pets, no children under 8.

Welcome to The Seafoam Bungalow! You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally-located home: - Beaches such as Indian Rocks & Bellair are about a 3mi drive over either causeway along w/ Clearwater beach being only 8mi - Nearest grocery store; 1mi (Publix) - Largo mall/shops; 3mi The house is also very close to the main road that will take you across the bridge into Tampa - airport being only 20 miles away, along downtown Saint Petersburg being only 20 miles away.
