We are child and dog friendly, and have 2 gardens. Our beach is dog friendly 365 days of the year. We sleep 8(6 adults max) in 4 bedrooms (2 gr.floor). Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. Set down a quiet, country lane, there are fantastic beaches, cycling routes and scenic country walks in easy reach

Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Embrace relaxation and coastal bliss in this idyllic quiet coastal getaway.

Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Charming seaside escape

Cedarwood Bungalow is a fully refurbished, charming wooden seaside holiday chalet built in 1936. There is flexible accommodation sleeping up to 5/6. There is wifi,TV a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Eccles is a quiet secluded seaside resort which is located on the Norfolk Coastal Path. The chalet is a two minute walk from the beach which is quiet and unspoilt. There is a large fenced garden with a secluded patio seating area and garden shelter.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

The Happi Hut is cosy and sumptous with wood burning stove, tapastry flooring, outside patio and charcoal BBQ. A short walk to the beautiful Happisburgh beach, coastal path and famous Lighthouse. The perfect place to relax and unwind. One, small/medium well behaved dog welcome.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 15 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
