Ditch Studio is a self contained, contemporary extension to an 18th century workers cottage on the Henham estate ( home to Latitude festival ). A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.

Dutch House Barn (with sauna)

Dutch House Barn (DHB) was lovingly restored during 2023/4 in the Suffolk tradition, using reclaimed materials. As from July 2025 the property includes an original and now renovated 1970's Finnish sauna. DHB is an annex to Dutch House, where I live with Sue, my wife of 51 years and Poppy our dog, who is now 11. The twin bedroom is on the second floor up a steep and windy staircase. We love our quirky features but they may not be suitable to all guests! Starboard Side boasts one full size king bedroom and one upper floor twin bedroom, With a newly fitted kitchen and top of the range appliances.
