A 5 minute drive to the town centre, our house is warm, private, & modern with some of the best views in Oamaru! It has a fully equipped kitchen & an expansive deck where you can enjoy the ocean views. It’s warm, heated by a heat pump in the living area with extra heaters in the bedrooms. There is a pull out bed for the extra, 5th person if required. We offer free, unlimited high speed internet & all you need for a stay in Oamaru. Fresh clean linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The Jam Shed

Once a bustling 1960s jam bottling shed, this beautifully transformed space has been completely renovated into a stunning, private getaway that blends rustic character with modern comfort. Step inside and discover: A separate, peaceful bedroom A spacious, modern bathroom – complete with a washing machine. A full kitchen Set in a tranquil country setting, the property offers sweeping views of the Hunter Hills — the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Pacific View Farm Bach

This is essentially a new home with modern facilities situated in a private rustic farm setting. We can offer country living with rural and sea views plus an opportunity to see a sunrise over the sea. A leisurely twenty minute walk to the Victorian precinct and the Oamaru Central Business District. Less than a five minute walk to view the Yellow Eyed Penguins. The hosts own the surrounding farm land. From the deck guests may have the opportunity to view farm animals and sea views.

The Moorings

The Moorings is a special place to stay in Oamaru. You will never tire of the view over the harbour. The home itself is immaculate and stylishly renovated. The beds and linen are excellent quality. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The walk down the path to the house is well worth it. The home is close to the Penguin Colony, the old part of town and Scott's Brewery. Unfortunately, the house is not child-friendly. We are unable to take bookings which include young children.

Expect to be amazed as you open the door into the main Chapel building and encounter the seven metre high ornate ceiling, beautiful stained glass windows and original alter. The 125m2 space is full of all the luxuries of a new modern day appartment and is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.

Cape Wanbrow Cottage

This is an entire apartment with views to the Ocean. It is cosy and quiet and only 5 minutes from Oamaru but set in a beautiful rural environment. A new kitchen, a cosy loungeroom and private courtyard with barbeque and separate entrance. Tea, coffee, milk and basic supplies in the pantry, homemade bread and a sample of our own honey . Breakfast cereals provided . You will love it. A pleasant garden and views top it all off....while being handy to town.

The Lodge offers extra experiences, aWoodfired Hot Tub in a forest grove, Infared sauna, delicious meals and local wines. When you book you get the whole Lodge to yourself. Buckley’s Retreat

We offer this unique tiny home with fantastic Ocean views. You can wake to the sunrise and watch the sunset at night all from your bed. We offer continental breakfast. Which includes eggs if the hens are laying. Outdoor spa, Complementary snacks and beverages. You may also bring your dog. 5mins drive to the centre of town. But have restaurants and grocery shops near by. Off street parking also. Just on the town boundary with a rural feel.

Indi Farms - A little bit country.

Our open plan Portacottage provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. As well as the basics to make you feel more than at home, we are also able to cater for your most loved pet providing they can sleep outside. There is lots to see and do, Ollie the horse loves carrots, the cats may come and visit, calves need patting and at times we have sheep and lambs to play with. We offer breakfast when stays are for a minimum of two nights

Seascape

Nestled amongst the native trees, up on sunny South hill , hides a mid-century gem. Elevated over the garden with a deck that completes the house giving prime views of the ocean and sunrise. 2 minutes down the hill to the historic precinct filled with many delights including Blue Penguins ,bakery, coffee, art galleries and breweries.The East Coast golden sand beaches are a short ten minute drive away.

The Kakanui Cube

This fabulous little contemporary beach house is right across the road from the ocean. Stroll along the waterfront to Campbell's Bay surf break and the gorgeous sandy beach to All Day Bay. The Cube is the place to really relax and recharge enjoying the views and gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Chill out at home or get out for a surf or walk on the beach.
